You have to install and activate the OptinMonster WordPress plugin.
Click on the create new campaign.
Choose the template for your content locking campaign and give the proper name to your campaign.
Click on the next and in the display setting, enable the Lock Content Below Campaign and set the point. This will blur the content below the set point.
If the users want to read the locked content then they have to opt into your newsletter.
